Editorial

Coordination perspective: keep the process connected

Editorial matters to Suisse Umzug because digital tools can improve handovers between inquiry, planning and execution. The main value lies in assigning information to the right stage and responsible person.

Turn information into a sequence

Within , the coordination question is “How should be handled?”. Record what is confirmed, who owns the next clarification and which dependency must be resolved before a date or handover can be treated as fixed.

Make responsibilities visible

A useful digital process separates the main service from optional work and records contacts, time windows and handover points explicitly. This prevents important details from disappearing inside one long description.

• Name the contact for each critical stage.
• Keep optional work as separate decisions.
• Record changes so later teams see the current status.

Control the open decision

The question “Editorial” belongs to a clear decision point. Suisse Umzug should be able to see whether the case is ready, waiting for customer input or requires operational confirmation before the next stage starts.

Coordination conclusion for

Good digitalisation reduces avoidable back-and-forth when it makes sequence, ownership and handover visible. It is not a substitute for the person who approves the next operational step.
